Where It All Began
My Story: From My Family Table to Yours
It all started in the heart of my home kitchen.
Like many parents, I wanted to be more intentional about what I put on our table. I wanted to move away from processed grocery store loaves filled with preservatives, artificial additives, and hidden sugars, and return to something wholesome, honest, and clean. That search for better nutrition led me to the ancient, wild art of sourdough.
What began as a personal mission to provide nourishing, clean-ingredient bread for my family quickly turned into a beautiful obsession. My home became filled with the intoxicating aromas of crackling crusts and fresh, warm crumb—and I fell completely in love with the timeless rhythm of the bake. There is truly nothing quite like the comforting smell of fresh bread cutting through the morning air, or the joyful taste of a perfect, warm slice shared with the people you love.
I realized this feeling—and this quality of food—was something our whole community deserved to experience.
That is why I opened my doors. Every single loaf I bake is naturally leavened, slowly fermented, and crafted with just a few simple, wholesome ingredients. I never use shortcuts, commercial yeast, or artificial additives. From my family to yours, I invite you to taste the difference that patience, clean ingredients, and a lot of love can make.
